TCS Software Engineer interview experience

The process ended at the assessment stage, and I walked away without an offer.

Even though I didn’t make it through, I didn’t regret going through the full attempt because it helped me understand the kind of screening they run and how that style of evaluation feels in practice. The entire end of the process was basically about learning the gap between what I thought I could show and what the assessment expected.

The result was a rejection, and my honest reflection was that even when things don’t work out, trying still helped me more than staying away would have.
