My TCS AI interview ended up feeling more like a broad numeric/aptitude round than a real technical conversation.

I was asked a mix of numeric and aptitude questions through a mock-test style setup, and I kept thinking about the mismatch between what I had prepared from my experience and why so much time went into the numeric part.

The questions themselves felt straightforward enough, but the overall flow didn’t feel very connected to actual engineering work. Everything else about the process seemed fine, just that single part threw me off because it didn’t match what I expected the interview to measure. Ultimately, there was no offer.
