TCS Software Engineer interview experience

Most of what I was asked connected to practical knowledge from my resume, and the panel aimed at real-time scenario thinking and problem-solving rather than obscure theory.

The discussion style was interactive. Instead of just reading questions off a script, it felt like they wanted a back-and-forth understanding of how I approached issues and how I reasoned.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself felt coherent and constructive. My honest takeaway was that the supportive tone helped me express my thinking, even if the final decision didn’t go in my favour.
