The first step of my process was an NQT assessment covering three roles—Ninja, Digital, and Prime.

I ended up being selected for the Ninja role, and then the process moved forward to a technical interview followed by an HR round.

The flow felt manageable since it was pretty clear what happened next after the assessment result. The difficulty was average overall, and the feel of the process was straightforward: get through the NQT for role eligibility, then prove the fundamentals in technical, and wrap with the HR discussion.
