All of my rounds were telephonic.

I had two technical rounds and one HR round. The first technical round focused on academic knowledge, and the second technical round shifted to a case-study style question.

Once we moved into the case study, it felt more about reasoning through a scenario than just recalling concepts. I also handled HR over the phone, which came last and tied together how I explained myself and my motivation.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the structure was clear and the telephonic format didn’t make it feel chaotic—more like a sequence that progressively tested different angles.
