TCS Software Engineer interview experience

Managerial discussion sometimes came up as part of the flow, depending on the track, and the final stage was HR.

In the HR round, the emphasis was on communication and role fit, along with joining details. That combination of technical depth from earlier rounds and more personal alignment at the end gave the process a complete feel.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the journey felt coherent, because the rounds moved in a logical order—from testing basics, to exploring how my projects mapped to the role, and finally to checking whether I fit with the organization’s expectations.
