TCS Software Engineer interview experience

What mattered most to me was how I presented my answers and how confidently I supported the concepts through my code.

It wasn’t just about getting to a solution; I had to communicate my reasoning while demonstrating understanding in the way I wrote it. That emphasis on explanation made the process feel more like a discussion than a strict interrogation.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt the interview aligned with evaluating clarity around fundamentals rather than trying to ambush with difficult material.
