After a recruiter intro, I had a basic technical screen where the questions landed mostly in C# fundamentals, along with OOP concepts and some SQL.

The overall level felt medium rather than brutal, but it was still broad enough that I couldn’t rely on just one topic.

Not long after, I moved into a management round. That section was centered on my past project experience, and I was asked about challenges I had faced and how I handled them. The discussion felt more structured around my real background than around abstract scenarios, and the whole process left me without an offer.
