BengaluruPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My recruiter interaction set a calm expectation for me, and the whole process felt easy to handle.

The general vibe was that it wasn’t something to panic about, and the recruiter came across as very soft-spoken.

When I went in, I didn’t feel like I was being tested with tricky surprises. It was framed more as a straightforward screening where I needed to show I could communicate and fit into the process. I walked away thinking TCS is a big company and that the only real lever was putting in enough effort.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer, but the overall feel was positive—more of a smooth process than a stressful gauntlet.
