Stryker Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer was friendly, and the whole vibe felt fairly straightforward. I was given a coding task to implement, then after I’d written the solution they asked me to walk through it with a dry run, like explaining how the logic would behave step by step.

Once the code part was done, the questions shifted into Java fundamentals and deeper reasoning. I got asked how Java 8 differs from earlier versions, and then we moved into multithreading topics. Overall it felt like an easier technical check: not chaotic, just focused on whether I could code and talk clearly about concurrency concepts.
