The process started off decently, with a couple of rounds that felt friendly and mostly focused on basic questions and behavior.

Each interview lasted about an hour, and there was a sense that the questions varied depending on who I was speaking with, including interviews with people from the US team. I remember being told to expect a lot of behavioral questions and a kind of start-up pitch tone—more conversation about fit than deep technical probing.

After the two rounds, things got weird. I ended up getting ghosted—no response even when I followed up asking for an update, and there was no clear rejection email. That communication gap made the experience feel unprofessional and left me stuck without closure.
