I had one phone interview, then about a week later I went through three separate face-to-face meetings.

I even got asked to come back again for another in-person session with two more people, which made the process feel like it was expanding after the initial round.

What surprised me was how straightforward it felt overall. The questions stayed fairly general and covered both finance and tech basics. I was asked about whether I’d used VB.NET and C#, what version of SQL Server I’d worked with, and whether I’d used jQuery or JSON. It was the easiest interview I had in that period, and while I didn’t end up with an offer, the experience never felt stressful or opaque.
