The technical portion of my interview felt professional and organized.

They asked me about React concepts, then dug into how I think about component design and how I approach problem-solving. Everything about the interview itself felt constructive, and I left with positive feedback about my understanding.

The part that really threw me off came after. The recruiter stopped responding completely—no follow-up, no feedback, and no real closure. I kept waiting for something to land, even though the signals during the interviews had been favorable.

Ultimately it ended without an offer, and the lack of basic communication made it hard to feel good about the process.
