My recruiter step was a phone screening where they asked me to expand on my resume, digging into details rather than keeping it high level.

Once that conversation wrapped, they moved me quickly into an interview meeting.

In the next round, I spoke with both a manager and a software engineer from the team. That part included a live coding problem, so it wasn’t just a discussion of skills—it was about working through something actively.

The process didn’t end with an offer for me, but it felt structured: clarify my background first, then jump into practical live coding with multiple interviewers.
