The scheduling and structure I was given was fairly open-ended, with the expectation that there could be three or four rounds.

I was told the first round might include some technical work, and that later rounds could vary depending on how I performed and who was interviewing.

The rounds mentioned included a mix of a technical manager, HR, and potentially HR or other interviewers depending on the path. Overall, it didn’t feel like there was a single locked agenda, and the uncertainty around the exact format made the whole thing harder to track.

It ultimately didn’t result in an offer, and the main thing I took away was that the process details weren’t as concrete as I expected from the start.
