My process involved six interviews with different interviewers, so I ended up speaking to quite a few people.

The whole thing ran in a soft, relaxed mood, and it didn’t feel hostile or adversarial.

Most of the questions revolved around my career background—my skills, motivation for applying, and the story behind my experience. It felt like they were trying to understand me holistically rather than only testing technical depth.

Despite the gentle tone and the focus on my background, it still didn’t lead to an offer.
