Recruiter outreach led to a process that moved fast, but it also came with a strong expectation.

I was contacted by a recruiter, and they set up multiple rounds in the same day. The bigger issue was timing: they wanted me to join within a week in the office even though the team was working from home.

It was a tense mismatch between how work was actually being done and how quickly they wanted me onsite. I didn’t receive an offer, but the speed plus the office-join expectation made the experience feel more abrupt than thoughtful.
