I got in through an employee referral, and they called to schedule based on when I was available.

The interview happened on Zoom and lasted about 45 minutes.

The content covered Java and discussion of my resume and experience. After that, the HR call came a couple days later with the result. Then, after several more days, they released the offer letter—so the process moved fairly quickly after the interview.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the timeline felt reasonable, especially considering the interview and HR follow-up cadence.
