Seattle, WAPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, I met the person who would be my manager in a coffee shop for the interview, which made the setting feel casual and more relaxed than a typical office interview.

It was only about a week or two later when I had a follow-up interview with the same person as well as the general manager.

The process felt average in difficulty, but the vibe was different because it started in a neutral, everyday environment. I remember feeling like the conversations were more about fit and expectations than anything overly formal.

It ended up being a fairly simple sequence with two conversations that built on each other.
