Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Consultant interview experience

They asked the same three questions they’d used with other candidates, but the pace never felt rushed, and I was able to think through my answers without getting derailed.

The interviewer also shared a lot of insight into the company and the culture, which I appreciated because it made the conversation feel more grounded than just “tell me about yourself.” The interview itself was informative and honestly fairly smooth.

It landed in the average difficulty range, and what stood out most was how helpful the discussion became once they started explaining how the environment worked.
