The interview was very straightforward, and it was split into two parts with two managers.

They asked typical interview questions and explained the role, including what the job would look like on a day-to-day basis.

The second half of the process involved going to a store with a current sales consultant and shadowing them. That part helped connect what we talked about to what the work actually looked like in practice.

Overall, it felt average difficulty—organized, clear, and anchored by the chance to observe someone doing the job.
