Lafayette, LAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview felt very by-the-book and professional, like it followed a familiar structure.

The questions were pretty average and didn’t require anything wildly out of the ordinary.

What surprised me a bit was the emphasis on training. They made it sound like I didn’t necessarily need deep wine-and-spirits knowledge going in because they had a strong training program, though it helped to have at least some familiarity.

Overall it was average difficulty, and I walked away feeling like the process was more about general fit and professionalism than specialized expertise on day one.
