First, a manager called to discuss the role and check whether I was actually interested in moving forward.

When I confirmed, they invited me in for an in-person interview.

The process then continued with phone conversations, including a get-to-know-you call with sales managers and another call a couple days later with multiple sales managers. One of the calls was about an hour long, and it felt open and honest throughout.

What stuck with me most was that the people involved seemed comfortable building a relationship right away, rather than treating the interview like a one-direction interrogation. The overall difficulty was average, and the approach felt very relationship-based.
