My process included a series of phone calls with Human Resources, followed by an in-person meeting with the District Sales Manager.

From the time I applied to the job offer, the whole thing took about three weeks, which felt reasonably efficient.

The HR portion was mainly to get the details ironed out, and then the district manager meeting was more about how I’d fit and how I would approach the role day to day. The experience was overall average in difficulty, but the pace and structure kept it from dragging.

I left feeling like the process moved with purpose and that each step had a different function.
