My path started with HR, and then I met the team managers.

From there, if I moved forward, I was expected to talk with the division manager. I liked that the HR team was there to guide the process, because it made the steps feel less vague.

The whole process wasn’t long, and it felt organized rather than dragged out. Even though the exact questions weren’t the main detail I walked away with, the sequencing stood out: HR first, then managers, and only later the division manager.

Overall it felt nice and manageable, and I remember thinking it helped to have HR smoothing the way while the managers focused on fit.
