My first step was a soft phone call focused on general background—what I’d done, what I was most proud of, and similar context.

Then the process moved into a programming take-home test.

They told me it would take around a few hours, and the format leaned heavily on solving a coding problem outside a live interview setting. I didn’t move forward to an offer, but I appreciated that the process gave a defined scope and timeline for the work they wanted me to do.

Looking back, the experience felt straightforward and content-focused, even though I didn’t ultimately make it past the take-home stage.
