I started with a phone screen, and then I moved into a final interview loop that included LeetCode, system design, and behavioral questions.

The coding problem was a pretty standard LeetCode style prompt, and the system design portion tied more directly to the company’s product domain.

What made the experience memorable was the tone. Everyone I met felt genuinely friendly and seemed invested in doing a good conversation rather than rushing through it. The difficulty landed around average for me—the concepts were in the expected areas—but the overall feeling was that the interviewers were engaged. I ultimately didn’t get an offer, but it didn’t feel hostile or adversarial, just like I didn’t land the match they were looking for.
