ScottishPower Software Engineer interview experience

I had to record myself answering questions, and the whole approach made me feel like the process didn’t reflect a genuine interest in the graduate program—more like using automation as a substitute for an actual conversation.

I didn’t feel confident that the recording was representative of me in a normal interview setting, and it left me uncertain about whether anything had improved since my original interview timing.

Difficulty was marked as easy, but emotionally it didn’t feel easy at all because of the mismatch between what I was being asked to do and what it implied about the process.
