I was first pulled into an online assessment that combined timed questions and a personality test.

The timed portion was short—12 minutes—and it was followed immediately by the personality component.

After that, I moved into an assessment centre. It included a short group discussion where the group had to decide what project the company would invest in, plus an individual behavioural situation exercise and an interview. The whole sequence felt fairly balanced: some structured work to demonstrate thinking, and then more human interaction to gauge how I’d operate with others.
