I went through the usual sequence of online screening, a psychometric test stage, then a telephone interview and an assessment centre.

This time, the process ended with an offer.

It moved through those core checkpoints in a fairly typical cadence, and the fact that I made it from the early tests all the way to the final confirmation was the most telling part. Getting the offer left me feeling like the earlier assessments and the assessment centre interview looped together in a way they could actually evaluate beyond just basic screening.
