I faced a pre-recorded interview where I had to answer questions on camera.

The format gave me multiple attempts to record my answers, which actually helped—I could think, adjust, and make mistakes without feeling like I was taking too long.

However, after the automated feedback initially came back, I didn’t hear anything further. That unresponsiveness after the process started made the experience difficult.

Even though the recording format itself offered flexibility, the lack of follow-up turned the overall experience into something that felt unresolved and frustrating.
