My assessment process included a group discussion where everyone read different scenarios and then had to contribute—there was an expectation that I would share my own ideas rather than just respond.

Alongside that, there was also a personal presentation and interview.

For the personal presentation, I was given a topic along with an information document, and I had to base the presentation on that material. It felt like a combination of communication under pressure and clarity in how I structured my thinking.

The overall difficulty was average, and the most notable part was switching between group dynamics and then presenting on a prepared theme.
