I did a Microsoft Teams interview that lasted about an hour, and it felt relaxed from the start.

The session included a presentation exercise where they gave me a brief and I had about a week deadline to prepare.

After the presentation portion, the interview shifted into motivational questions and some pretty straightforward technical questions. The interviewers were genuinely relaxed and nice, and I remember feeling comfortable throughout rather than pressured.

The overall difficulty was average, but the environment made the whole thing feel easier to handle.
