I started with an online application form and then received links to SHL tests for numerical, verbal, and quantitative reasoning.

After finishing those, I was sent a link for a situational judgement test. Once I got satisfactory results, I was offered a telephone interview that lasted around 20 minutes, and then I moved to an assessment centre. The assessment centre included a group exercise plus a presentation and an interview. It followed a pretty standard graduate scheme pattern, and even though the steps were clear and structured, I wasn’t offered the role.
