I completed a pre-recorded video interview where I had to answer five questions, and I was able to redo them without running out of attempts.

The prompts started with what I knew about ScottishPower and why I applied for the role. From there I explained a time I demonstrated good communication skills, talked about the importance of health and safety regulations, and then described a challenge I faced and how I handled it. It felt average in difficulty, and having the freedom to rerecord made it less intimidating. Even so, I wasn’t hired.
