My recruitment journey started in a fairly routine way: I filled out an online application form, then moved through a set of tests that included an SJT.

After the tests, I had a telephone interview, but unfortunately I didn’t progress past that stage.

The whole process ran for about 3 to 4 weeks. I also got the impression that assessment centres were planned to take place about a week before Christmas, which made the timeline feel like it was moving toward a late-year cutoff.

Even though it ended earlier than I’d hoped, the process itself felt organized and predictable—more “follow the steps” than anything unpredictable. The disappointment came mainly from not making it past the phone stage, not from any confusing twists along the way.
