I went through an interview process that felt surprisingly friendly and pressure-free.

The interviewer explained the format up front, then I had to walk through the skills listed on my CV and answer competency questions, with a few extra questions added as the conversation went on. There were also a couple of unexpected prompts that caught my attention, but the overall tone stayed supportive and helpful. It ended without me being hired, yet I genuinely felt it was worth it because it helped me get sharper at interviews.
