Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

I went through resume review, then an HR interview and a technical interview. The discussions included legal questions alongside practical details like my available start time and salary expectations, and they also asked about relocation assistance.

The technical piece seemed to stay in line with basic requirements rather than anything overly complex. I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall vibe was calm and routine, and the questions largely stayed focused on logistics and fundamentals.
