The interview was very friendly and, in my view, kind of educative.

When I got things wrong or didn’t know certain parts, the team was ready to guide me through it rather than shutting me down.

They seemed especially interested in how motivated I was to learn on the job, and the mood stayed supportive. I didn’t end up with an offer, but it was one of the more positive experiences because the conversation felt like learning and assessment combined rather than pure testing.
