Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

It felt a little impersonal because the interviewer didn’t seem to know the questions well enough to clarify anything if I misunderstood what was being asked.

Instead, the structure was mostly one-way: they read the questions, listened to my responses, and wrote down what I said. The process moved forward from there, but I ultimately didn’t get an offer. What stayed with me was how the lack of familiarity limited the conversation and made it feel more like recording answers than having an exchange.
