Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

The HR step was followed by a Zoom interview, which moved quickly from there to the decision point. In the end, I received an offer and accepted it.

The process felt fairly average in difficulty—mostly straightforward hiring steps rather than a marathon of technical hurdles. What stood out to me was how direct the path was from application to HR screening to the video interview and then an offer. I left feeling like the communication was clear and the evaluation criteria were easy to navigate, even though the technical details weren’t the headline of the process.
