Pullman, WAPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My path started with a phone screening followed by a technical interview.

In the phone screen, they asked questions about my legal situation along with basic technical knowledge. The technical interview then shifted into fundamentals, with questions rooted in electrical engineering, and it also included a behavior assessment.

It was difficult overall, not just because of the technical foundations but because the process combined practical screening questions with technical depth and behavioral evaluation. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and the experience felt like they were checking a lot at once—from logistics to core knowledge.
