I applied online and, after a couple of weeks, I heard back from HR to schedule an initial phone screen.

We coordinated a specific time, and the recruiter said she would call me on my cell. When the moment came, the call never arrived.

I sent an email to flag that I hadn’t received the call and asked to reschedule. After that, I never heard back, which honestly made the experience feel unprofessional—especially because communication was something they positioned as a core value. I didn’t get an offer, and the lack of follow-through was the part that stuck with me most.
