Spokane, WAPosted May 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I began with an HR interview, then moved into a technical conversation with a panel of engineers.

That part felt serious and focused on technical evaluation. After that, I was invited to what would have been a third interview, but the process ended before it could happen.

Even without a full multi-round completion, the impression was that they were moving through stages intentionally, with the panel technical stage serving as the gating step. I never reached the final round, and as a result I didn’t get an offer. The main thing I carried away was how abruptly a process like that can stop once the internal decision is made.
