Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

Both interviews were fairly straightforward and tied to the hiring process, and even the HR conversation included some technical questions based on the job description.

The overall tone was calm and not overly hostile, and it felt like they were checking fit and baseline understanding rather than trying to overwhelm me. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was still one of the more manageable ones because nothing felt completely out of left field.
