Pullman, WAPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first met a recruiter at a career fair, and then I interviewed on campus with two managers and an HR representative.

After that, I went to an in-person onsite in Pullman, WA with several group panels.

The group-panel format stood out because the evaluation felt distributed across multiple interviewers and perspectives, rather than being a single back-and-forth conversation.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the path from career fair to campus interviews to on-site panels made the process feel active and fairly immersive.
