The hiring process had two stages: an initial HR call and then a panel interview.

The technical questions focused on fundamental computer science concepts and stayed approachable rather than being designed to trick me.

The interviewers were friendly and amiable, and I also noticed that clarity about which exact team or track I’d land on didn’t emerge until late in the process. The job requirements seemed broad across hardware, software, and firmware, and that uncertainty made the overall timeline feel a bit inefficient for both sides. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest lingering impression was the lack of clarity early on rather than the technical difficulty.
