Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

The screening itself was short—around ten minutes—and it moved fast from there. A few days after that call, I received a message to set up an in-person interview.

That was the main shape of my experience: no long delays, just a quick progression from the initial screen to meeting face-to-face. The difficulty felt easy overall because the early stage didn’t require a deep technical dive, and the process didn’t feel cluttered. I ultimately didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated that the flow was simple and the timing was predictable.
