Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

The phone conversation wasn’t too hard—more like a typical initial screening—but I noticed immediately that the company values carried a lot of weight in how they evaluated me.

At the onsite, the interview shifted into more of the technical side and I got the impression they were checking both my comfort with the role and whether I could match their culture. I didn’t get an offer, but the overall experience was straightforward enough that I could clearly see what they were listening for, even if I didn’t make the final cut.
