Pullman, WAPosted May 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got a phone call from human resources that lasted about twenty-five minutes.

The interview included general conversation about my studies, extracurricular activities, and background, but it still heavily tied back to why I was applying and why I would be a good fit.

I didn’t get a second phone call because I didn’t do well during the technical questions portion. The process ended there, which made the early technical segment feel decisive and high stakes even though the first round also included background talk.
